The District of Columbia requires minimum coverages for Property Damage liability, Third Party liability, uninsured motorist Bodily Injury Protection and uninsured motorist Property Damage on your auto insurance policy. Property Damage Liability: Minimum of $10,000.

Third Party Liability: Minimum of $25,000 per person and $50,000 per accident.

Uninsured Motorist Property Damage: Minimum of $5,000 subject to $200 deductible.
